Our Treatments
For adults living with chronic migraine, neurotoxin therapy (Botox / onabotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved preventive option that may help reduce the number of headache days. Care at Randali is physician-directed and individualized — and whether it is appropriate for you is determined during a confidential consultation.
Botox is FDA-approved for the prevention of chronic migraine in adults — generally defined as a history of migraine with headaches on 15 or more days per month, with migraine features on at least 8 of those days. It is a preventive therapy, not a cure, and it is not intended for occasional or episodic headaches.
Treatment follows a standardized protocol: small amounts of neurotoxin are injected into specific muscles around the head and neck, typically repeated about every 12 weeks. The goal is to reduce how often migraine days occur over time.
Because migraine is a medical condition, a diagnosis and clinical evaluation come first. This page is educational; your provider determines whether you are a candidate and what is appropriate for you.
