How it works
- Your included treatment unlocks after your 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th paid months. If you cancel before month 3, you will have had member pricing, not a treatment.
- Each seasonal treatment can be used until the next one unlocks; unused treatments do not roll over.
- FSR is paused in peak-sun months, so summer is SkinPen. Your provider may change the order based on your skin and sun exposure.
- Sculptra, Radiesse and filler pricing applies to every vial or syringe, with no limit, from your first day.
- Treatment timing follows your provider's judgment, not the calendar alone.
Not included
- RF microneedling, IPL, laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal
- Monthly facials and peels (that is Skin Health Society)
- PRP treatments, photodynamic therapy, threads and lesion removal
- FSR or microneedling on other areas, unless added at regular price
- Numbing, Pro-Nox and add-ons beyond the standard protocol, unless added at regular price

Frequently asked questions
When do I get my first collagen treatment?
Your first included treatment unlocks after your third paid month, then after months 6, 9 and 12. Member pricing on Sculptra, Radiesse, filler, neurotoxin and skincare starts on day one.
Why FSR most of the year and SkinPen in summer?
Fractional skin resurfacing is paused in the peak-sun months to protect your skin, so your summer treatment is SkinPen microneedling of the face, neck and décolleté. Your provider may adjust the order for your skin.
Is there a limit on discounted filler or Sculptra?
No. Member pricing applies to every syringe or vial you have while your membership is active, always subject to your provider's recommendation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Let us know in person, by phone or by email, and your membership ends at the end of your paid month.
Do unused treatments roll over?
No. Included treatments reset each benefit period and can't be saved up, exchanged for cash or shared. A no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice counts as that period's treatment.
Is a membership a medical commitment?
No. Every treatment still requires an exam, your consent and your provider's judgment, and your provider may adjust the timing or suggest a comparable treatment when that's better for you.
The details, plainly
- Memberships are month-to-month: no minimum term and no cancellation or early-termination fee.
- Billed monthly to your card on file on your enrollment date; the first charge is at enrollment. You may prepay up to 3 months; that's a convenience, not a discount, and unused full months are refunded if you cancel.
- Cancel in person, by phone or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month. Plan changes start at your next billing cycle.
- Benefits are available only while your membership is active and paid. Included treatments reset each benefit period and do not roll over.
- Benefits have no cash value and can't be refunded, exchanged, transferred or shared.
- Member pricing can't be combined with other offers or promotions; you receive the better of the two. It does not apply to anything billed to insurance or a government program.
- A no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice counts as that period's included treatment.
- Every treatment requires an exam, your consent and your provider's independent judgment. Your provider may change the timing or suggest a comparable treatment; a membership gives you access and pricing, not a guarantee of a specific treatment. Results vary.
- Member prices change only with at least 30 days' written notice, starting at your next billing cycle.
