How it works

  • One included treatment each billing month: a facial, or one of your 4 yearly peel and dermaplane visits. Not both.
  • The 4 peel and dermaplane visits reset each membership year and do not roll over.
  • Book a peel and dermaplane visit at least 2 weeks ahead.
  • Facials are a standard 50 to 60 minute appointment; add-ons are at regular price.

Not included

  • The Blue Radiance Peel on its own, and other peels (VI Peel, ZO peels)
  • Microneedling, RF microneedling, IPL, FSR and other energy treatments
  • Member pricing on filler, Sculptra, Radiesse and PRP (that is The Collagen Club)
  • Facial add-ons such as serums, boosters or extra dermaplaning, unless added at regular price
  • Laser hair removal, IV therapy, weight management, hormone therapy and medical services
  • Discounts on prescription compounds

Who provides your care

  • Facials: a licensed aesthetician.
  • Peel and dermaplane: a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or registered nurse.

Frequently asked questions

Which facial do I get each month?

Your choice of the ZO Skin Health Facial or the Hydrinity Skin Science Facial, one each billing month. Your aesthetician will suggest which suits your skin that month.

How does the peel and dermaplane swap work?

Up to 4 times a year, you can have an Obagi Blue Radiance Peel with dermaplaning in place of that month's facial. It is performed by a provider, so book it at least 2 weeks ahead. Unused swaps reset each membership year.

Can I have a facial and a peel in the same month?

Your membership includes one treatment each billing month: either the facial or a peel and dermaplane swap. You can add other treatments at regular price.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Let us know in person, by phone or by email, and your membership ends at the end of your paid month.

Do unused treatments roll over?

No. Included treatments reset each benefit period and can't be saved up, exchanged for cash or shared. A no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice counts as that period's treatment.

Is a membership a medical commitment?

No. Every treatment still requires an exam, your consent and your provider's judgment, and your provider may adjust the timing or suggest a comparable treatment when that's better for you.

The details, plainly

  • Memberships are month-to-month: no minimum term and no cancellation or early-termination fee.
  • Billed monthly to your card on file on your enrollment date; the first charge is at enrollment. You may prepay up to 3 months; that's a convenience, not a discount, and unused full months are refunded if you cancel.
  • Cancel in person, by phone or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month. Plan changes start at your next billing cycle.
  • Benefits are available only while your membership is active and paid. Included treatments reset each benefit period and do not roll over.
  • Benefits have no cash value and can't be refunded, exchanged, transferred or shared.
  • Member pricing can't be combined with other offers or promotions; you receive the better of the two. It does not apply to anything billed to insurance or a government program.
  • A no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice counts as that period's included treatment.
  • Every treatment requires an exam, your consent and your provider's independent judgment. Your provider may change the timing or suggest a comparable treatment; a membership gives you access and pricing, not a guarantee of a specific treatment. Results vary.
  • Member prices change only with at least 30 days' written notice, starting at your next billing cycle.
