As for me, I know when I need to call "Dr. C" for a "sprucing up", so to speak. I am not incredibly wealthy financially, but obtaining services from Dr. Cohen is a treat I shower upon myself. Let's face it, we budget for the car, we budget for the utilities and children/grandchildren....why not splurge on the "window to our world" which is our face and general appearance?
