Since establishing the practice in 2001, Dr. Cohen has become a trusted name in the Lancaster community, known for her commitment to precision, restraint, and clinical integrity. While she no longer performs treatments directly, her influence remains central to every aspect of care at Randali.
Dr. Cohen plays a critical role in guiding clinical decisions, maintaining treatment standards, and supporting provider development. Stephanie serves as Associate Clinical Director at Randali, where she brings a strong clinical foundation, advanced aesthetic expertise, and an approach to care centered on each patient. As a board certified nurse practitioner in adult and geriatric primary care, she combines her background in primary care and medical weight management with specialized training in aesthetic medicine to deliver thoughtful treatment plans focused on results.
Stephanie's work in aesthetics began more than two decades ago in plastic surgery. As a breast coach she guided patients through reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, from the first consultation through recovery, and she assisted in the operating room, including nipple reconstruction. That grounding in surgical anatomy, and in what patients actually go through, still shapes how she plans treatment today.
Stephanie is experienced in advanced injectable and biostimulatory treatments, with a focus on achieving natural, refined outcomes that align with each patient's unique anatomy and goals. Her clinical approach is rooted in precision, safety, and lasting skin health, ensuring patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their care.
In her leadership role, Stephanie plays an integral part in maintaining Randali's clinical standards, supporting provider development, and ensuring consistency across all patient experiences. She is known for her ability to balance clinical excellence with a personalized, approachable style of care.
Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University and holds board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She is licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Delaware, and Utah, supporting care both in person and through telehealth.
She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses. Stephanie has also participated in international medical missions, supporting pediatric cleft lip and palate surgeries in underserved communities, reflecting her commitment to compassionate, impactful care beyond the practice setting.
She has joined international medical missions supporting pediatric cleft lip and palate surgeries in China, Honduras, and Ethiopia.

She is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, confidence-building results through personalized treatment plans that prioritize safety, education, and long-term skin health.
Amber has more than three years of experience providing aesthetic care in a plastic surgery setting, where she performed aesthetic consultations, administered neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, and assisted with surgical procedures. Her clinical style is rooted in listening carefully, understanding each patient's goals, and creating treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
In addition to her aesthetic expertise, Amber's background includes geriatric primary care and nursing education, experiences that have strengthened her clinical judgment, communication, and commitment to exceptional patient care. She is known for creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout every stage of their aesthetic and wellness journey.
Amber earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She has completed advanced injectable training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), including Level 2 training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and is committed to continually advancing her skills to provide the highest standard of patient care.
Whether helping patients refresh their appearance, improve their skin health, or achieve their wellness goals, Amber believes the best outcomes come from combining clinical expertise with honest guidance, individualized care, and meaningful patient relationships.
