As a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, she combines her background in primary care and medical weight management with specialized training in aesthetic medicine to deliver thoughtful, results-driven treatment plans.

Stephanie is experienced in advanced injectable and biostimulatory treatments, with a focus on achieving natural, refined outcomes that align with each patient's unique anatomy and goals. Her clinical approach is rooted in precision, safety, and long-term skin health — ensuring patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their care.

In her leadership role, Stephanie plays an integral part in maintaining Randali's clinical standards, supporting provider development, and ensuring consistency across all patient experiences. She is known for her ability to balance clinical excellence with a personalized, approachable style of care.

Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University and holds board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She is licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Delaware, and Utah, supporting both in-person and telehealth care.

She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses. Stephanie has also participated in international medical missions, supporting pediatric cleft lip and palate surgeries in underserved communities — reflecting her commitment to compassionate, impactful care beyond the practice setting.

Morgan serves as Managing Director at Randali, overseeing the operational, strategic, and patient experience aspects of the practice.
