We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be subject to a fee. This allows us to offer the time to other patients.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, as we may not be able to complete your treatment safely within the remaining time.
Services and products are non-refundable once rendered or purchased. If you have concerns about your results, we encourage you to contact us so we can discuss next steps and appropriate options.
Prepaid treatments and packages are intended for the purchasing patient, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration. Details on usage and expiration are provided at the time of purchase.
Promotions and discounts are subject to change and may require verification of eligibility. Offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and are valid only for the dates and terms specified.
Gift cards are non-refundable and are honored in compliance with applicable Pennsylvania law. Verification may be required at redemption. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Patient safety comes first. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment when it is not clinically appropriate based on a provider's evaluation.
Because every treatment plan is individualized, final pricing depends on your specific clinical needs and is confirmed during your consultation. Quoted ranges are estimates until your plan is finalized.
We may require a card on file to reserve appointments. By providing it, you authorize charges for applicable cancellation or no-show fees and outstanding balances in accordance with these policies.
